Volunteer Driver at Fortune Works
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy working with people to undertake driving duties, such as transporting service users and delivering customer orders for our busy social enterprise project at FW.
Applicants for this position must have a clean current driving licence, be over 21 years of age and have a positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities.
The driving role is not simply about driving in and of itself. Supporting our project in this way, allows volunteer drives to make a positive contribution to service users’ personal and vocational development and their role in the local community. Volunteer drivers play a key role in our social enterprise and get to know many of our service users and key contacts. As such it is a key volunteer role within our organisation.
