Another Three Years’ Funding for Growing Together
In December we learned that our Growing Together project at Fortune Works will be funded for a further three years. Funding has been awarded from the Glasgow City Council Glasgow Communities Fund, which has funded Growing Together since its inception. This means we will be able to continue funding our current activities for three more years from April 2026.
Over the past six years, Growing Together has made a real difference in the local community. Fortune Works service users have been supported to maintain community spaces, participate in community clean-ups, develop the Growchapel Community Allotments, support the Drumming Up Change project, and much more. The project has given Fortune Works service users the chance to play a key role in their local area, and we are delighted to see this important work continue.
